When I say I have been on all kinds of diets to loose weight and tried all nutritional supplements I mean it, and to be very honest none of them seemed to do the trick for me. It's not that I would not loose weight or anything. I would but just for a little while and then again it would pile up on me and I had lost all hope of becoming thin.
